Download the Rooh app from the App Store or Google Play, complete a quick registration and start enjoying the freedom of moving around the city on our electric scooters!

Find a free scooter on the map
Open the Rooh app, use the map to display available scooters in your area and select the nearest one to start your ride. It's quick and easy, your scooter is waiting!

Scan the QR code on the steering wheel and pay for the trip
Open the Rooh app and use the QR code scan function to scan the code on the scooter's handlebar and unlock it. Top up your personal balance through the Rooh app and start your ride.

Push off twice and hit the throttle
To start the Rooh electric scooter, push off twice with your foot to get the initial speed, then press the throttle on the right side of the handlebar to activate the motor and continue moving.

Enjoy the ride
Enjoy your ride on the Rooh electric scooter, but remember to follow the rules of the road for the safety of yourself and others.

Park correctly
Park your scooter responsibly, choosing a location where it will not obstruct pedestrians, cyclists and cars. Avoid blocking sidewalks, building exits and other key access areas.

Where is it allowed to drive?
Riding is permitted in the areas shown on the map in the app. The areas in which you cannot use a scooter are marked in red. Please follow these restrictions for your safety.
Where is parking allowed?
You can park in specially designated zones, which are displayed on the map in the application. Avoid blocking sidewalks and driveways.
Pause?
Pause allows you to temporarily stop your ride without completing the rental. You can leave the scooter in a safe place and resume your ride when you're ready.
Is the scooter technically broken?
If you notice a malfunction with the scooter, please stop the ride immediately and report it via the app so that our technical team can quickly resolve the issue.
Riding together on a scooter?
No, riding two people on the same scooter is dangerous and prohibited by the rules. Please be safe when using.
How to complete the trip?
To complete the trip, simply park the scooter in the permitted area and click the ``Finish'' button in the app. Make sure the scooter is securely parked and not in the way of others.
